Paid over $8,000 to add levelers to motorhome. I have to wait 5 minutes after the engine is shut off before the levelers will go down. I took the motorhome back in for other work and asked them if that was normal. They charged me $100 for a technician to push a few buttons and then tell me they hadn’t seen that before. The $8000.00 price of the install should cover having a question asked about it but I guess they need the $100 more than me.
I am adding to my original post, I am amazed as i have NEVER dealt with a service guy like Larry before!! Larry the service person actually cares about your situation and really tries to help!! He is proactive 100%!! It would be impossible to recommend Larry any higher! Wyatt and Larry service managers are 2nd to none. I had a important recall on my 150 truck and the axles did not arrive before my 2 month trip pulling my travel trailer. Larry Choate, service writer, and Nathan, service tech both went out of their way to get me back in the road in time for my trip. The radiator in my motor home sprung a bad leak three days before I was scheduled to leave on a three week vacation. Larry immediately called the supplier to get a replacement radiator but the part did not arrive as promised.
