We are very happy with the warranty work Galpin Ford & RV did on our 2023 Transit while we were traveling. Other dealerships were going to make us wait a week just to diagnose the issue. The Team at Galpin were willing to get us in as soon as we could be towed in, and they worked at it nonstop until the Transit was ready for the trip home. They both diagnosed and fixed the issue and were very friendly, helpful, and communicative during the days we needed to stay in the Prescott area for the repair.
We stopped in to look at trucks and fifth wheels. The GM (Kevin) took time to chat with me and invited us to look around. The vehicles were unlocked and we viewed the units we were most interested in. As we finished up Doug came along and showed us some addition units with options we had not considered. At no time was there any sales pressure and we came away feeling a little more educated concerning options. We will return to this shop for repairs and parts as necessary. I wanted to take a moment to share how much I appreciated working with Will Mills during my recent truck purchase. Will made the entire experience a pleasure from start to finish. He was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. At one point, I asked about a second key, and I’m glad to say Will followed up and found it for me, which I really appreciated.
