I went into Galpin frustrated that my part had not come in yet. What I experienced next was excellent customer service, people who care and they got results.The team at Galpin Ford parts is phenomenal. Sam helped me figure out that the part I ordered on ford.com was going to be on backorder. Bought a part for my car , that online you could choose $42 for installation upon arrival, but the part center wanted to charge me $270 when I asked to help install . I declined ,and ended up doing it myself after watching a YouTube video and it only took me less than 10 minutes to install very easily . Which tells me the dealerships prices are unrealistically high . Definitely won't do any service at the dealership for my new ford vehicle
