If looking for an Aston at Galpin please do ask for Majeed Ghaffari - he is a great guy, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and spent a great deal of time with us as we debated a purchase. In the end we bought elsewhere but Maj’s interactions with us were worth 5 stars anyway.
STAY AWAY!!! These people are hiding stuff when I wanted to trade my cars I asked to see my own car fax reports so I can see what they see, when they appraise my car cause dealers will tell me occasionally yeah you car has a a bad carfax or accident they refuse to print them out for me, they they only allowed me to test drive new cars basically and not the out of warranty cars its like they trying to hide something, over the phone I said Im calling about the Aventador SV the sales guy like yeah yeah we can show it to you no ... read more
You cannot trust Galpin Aston Martin by their word ... or their 150+ point used car inspection. I picked up a used AM Vantage. Upon delivery the salesperson gave me the spare keys but never showed them to work. At home I discovered that the spare remote had no battery in it. When I put in a new battery the vehicle's horn started honking from the car's immobilizer system. Nothing worked. Took many trips back to Galpin and they finally said it would be $1700 ... for a remote that they supposedly checked to be in working order!... read more
