Dr. Galperin provides top-tier dental care and is highly knowledgeable. He also creates a wonderful and special atmosphere for patients, at his Chelsea-based dental practice ! I lost my front tooth and Dr.Galperin, even though that he had his day off, agreed to see me in his office as an emergency . He worked long hours on it, and completed complicated work the same day. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of his job and deeply thankful.
