His staff is running around with their heads "cut off", they overbook patients, have you wait for hours. I had an appointment at 1pm, didn't get to see the doctor till 3 1/2 hours after my 1pm appointment. I believe this is because the office closes at 5pm and the poor in judgment personal wanted to go home. I wonder if the doctor knows how his office is being operated. Desperately need to find another doctor.
The wait to see the Dr or NP is 2 hrs minimum! You can't sign in and leave, you have to sit in the room and wait. Additionally, front office staff are short and dismissive when asked questions. They demand a urine sample but don't have the materials necessary to meet the needs of a 92 yr old fragile patient. They expect a urine sample in their cup, that's a ridiculous request for someone who cannot stand, nor balance on their own. Much less aim. The doctor, NP and some MA's are pleasant. I would not recommend this office.
Writing this as I am here waiting to be seen. It is 1pm and my appointment was at 10am. I still have not been seen by Dr.
Wise doctor that provides extensive detailed assessments.
On my first appointment I think it went great I am really grateful I found this Dr. Dr. Rodarte I think he makes sure you feel comfortable, with my other Dr, I would advised him how I was feeling and he never sent me to do the necessary labs or exams, this Dr. Rodarte made me feel that I can trust him he really cares about you.
