We are neighbors to a restaurant Galluzzo cleans the dumbsters 2x to 3x a week. Our house is in a residential area in Elizabeth NJ. The city ordinance states they can only pick up the garbage from 7 am to 10 pm . They come 2 am to 3 am dropping the dumpster waking me, my wife, daughter and neighbors. For 3 years I have called, complained, thanked them when for a few weeks they followed city ordinance. However, they don't seem to care and goes right back at it.
