These people have extremely unprofessional customer **********************, there is absolutely no reason for them to be as rude as they are. *** on service is also unacceptable as well

I apologize for the inconvenience, but NFPA 54 fuel gas code 8.2.3 requires us to do a leak check on the system when a propane tank has run out, turned off, or a tank hooked up. When a tank runs out there is no pressure in the tank and that can cause a leak. The leak test has been scheduled for Jan 27 and that date was told to the renter when it was scheduled. Although it was not the renters fault the tank was empty upon moving in, we still have to do the leak test.
This company did an amazing job repairing my tank at no extra charge. I just spent all my money on the propane and getting my truck repaired and I really appreciate how they helped me. I don't often get a chance to leave a glowing review, but they really deserved it. Thanks.

Poor customer ********************** from this office, dread dealing with the front office. so rude and condescending especially towards the native customers. Voiced my complaints with their ugly attitudes and nothing from the "manager" Paid 6 days ago and still waiting for delivery, told 3 days waiting time and it's almost one week and tank is now under 10%. Called twice and excuses blaming the delivery drivers. My only source of heating is from propane and still waiting. Now they won't even answer their calls this morning.... read more

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You made a payment on 1/25/2023 and received deliver on 1/30/2023. You received your delivery in 3 days. We do not count the day you order due to the fact that we have previous orders on the book. Per our credit and delivery policy it is 3-5 business days for delivery, we do not delivery on the weekends. We also ask that you order at no less than 20% in the tank. Im am elderly and wanted to go to automatic delivery. I was told because I hadnt used enough propane to my home I would not qualify even though Ive been a customer for 20 years and have always paid up front. So I would have to show Id have to use adequate amount of propane for over 2 years before they would consider automatic delivery. The management would not work with me at all!

I am very sorry that she feels like she was treated wrong by not automatically filling her tank. But we do have policies that we do require our customers to follow. When she signed the tank rental agreement she agreed to use 1/2 the capacity of the tank which is 350 gallons a year and she has only used ************************** the past 5 years per year. Gallup Propane Service has always been one of my favorite businesses in Gallup. Extremely fair, on time, excellent service I have delt with them since 1975. As of December, 2020, the company has gone downhill. They let my propane tank go under 10 percent, waiting for a refill. I had to turn our hot water tank off, and not use the stove or oven due to the fact that they had not called or anything, just did not come out to fill it.
