I was told to call early 8:00 am to schedule a same day walk in appointment. So I called only to be placed on hold for exactly 5 minutes, she didn’t even ask what I needed she just placed me on hold.. I called 3 times within a 30 minute time frame and the same lady answered and rudely said I’m with a patient please hold and placed me on hold yet again without even asking what I was calling for. I’m only giving a three star review, not because of Dr. Jackson, who has been wonderful to me and I’m sorry he left, but the front desk staff.. I don’t really think they have enough staff, and when you do get someone that’s great you don’t get them anymore. You go through all the prompts press this press that and and then you were told leave your number and they will call you back within 24 to 48 hours. Really? Only a few of the front desk personnel is proficient. Something really ought to be done about it. I may be too hard... read more

I am a traveling healthcare worker in New Mexico for the first time and needed an annual well woman's exam. I chose this agency because I have always had a high regard for FQHC's. However, my bad experience began with just trying to get an appointment scheduled which took several weeks.
