Quick and professional service
I ordered a pair of boots for my son for Christmas. Said they would ship within the week. Waited and nothing. Emailed about the order and they said they were back ordered and wouldn't be able to send till end of January. He didn't need them right away so it wasn't a big deal. January comes and nothing. Emailed again. This time they will be ready by the end March. Again not a big deal, he needs them mid-April so it would be close but doable.
