I have now had two separate issues with Galls. First was a simple order for a velcro name tag and back patch for my vest. Took them nearly 4 weeks to complete. When I arrived to pickup the order it was incorrect. They originally asked me to return another day to pickup the corrected order however that was not going to work. GALLS has always good standards with me, and then i order a set of 6 Sgt. Rank and they sent me 3 not sets the ceo handled that and then i got a set of what i thought i was getting a set of keepers so I emailed the CEO of GALLS about my missing product and this was there response i have never ordered a set of keepers then get one and this was in response this.
