My niece's husband is a deputy sheriff and their sheriff's department used Gall's in Grand Prairie for uniforms. He warned me the Grand Prairie location was awful.. so bad, their department quit using them! I decided to try the Carrollton location instead. My new job required we get boots from Gall's (on their account)... I was very happy with the staff and the store. It was a longer drive, but worth it!
This place has totally changed since the old Red the Uniform Store. Was greeted at the front by two ladies who were very helpful in getting my Honor Guard uniform tailored. I had two tailors that came out and explained to me what they could and could not do to custom fit my uniform. They were exceptional and ensured that my uniform would have that "pop factor" when wearing it. From walking in, to checking out, they made sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend for all your uniform needs.
Much better experience than when I've had to go to Austin
