Will not buy from Galls ever again! I am an EMT and been buying from Galls for many years for my EMT dress wear. I recently purchses shoes that were identical to the shoes I purchased from them years ago . I order the same size but due to some manufacturerer's defect they were smaller. I called to send back the shoes and replacer it with a 1/2 size larger . They would not do it becasue they claim the item is being discontinued their policy is to not accept an exchange on a discontinued item . So now I am out $100.00 . This i... read more
I had a wonderful experience placing my order with Oscar who was very knowledgeable about the products. He was so delightful to deal with placing my order. He was very easy to talk with regarding all my questions!
Was ran out the store by Oscar in under 30 seconds. Incredibly unprofessional demeanor and responses.
