Dr. John Min has been my mother’s primary doctor for years, and our family couldn’t ask for better care. He takes time to listen carefully, explains things in plain language, and never rushes an appointment. When my mother needed follow up tests, he personally called to review results and make sure we understood the next steps. Dr. Min and his staff were very nice to me. He was kind enough to sign a paper I needed signed for my work health insurance to get a discount. I got my results back pretty quickly
Dr. Min and his team were amazing and took excellent care of me.
I went to Dr. Min specifically for a referral required by my insurance. He said he would send it to the specialist, but months later my insurance denied the claim because no referral was ever received. When I called to address it, the receptionist was extremely rude and even yelled at me. Their mistake cost me the bill. AVOID THIS OFFICE.
My mom had been experiencing severe stomach pains for about a week before seeing Dr. Min. He did an exam and said she needed to go to the ER and that it was a severe illness. The ER cost about $10,000, and insurance covered $6,000, only for them to diagnose her with gastritis and prescribe medicine. Diagnosing gastritis for an expert, a doctor of internal medicine at that, seems pretty basic. Unlike a lot of these reviews, my mom said he was super friendly, just extremely unknowledgeable.
