The Lost Museum: This would be fun for older kids. If you are looking for an escape room experience, this really isn't one. You'll be guided through a haunted house type experience, with jump scares, but there is limited interaction and any "puzzles" presented are spoon fed. Wasn't really for us, but for older kids or teens.

We bought the triple ticket. We saw the main show, the Lost Tour and the World of Wizardry. The main show and Lost Tour were my absolute favorites of the day! The show and acting were great! The tour is not about the witch trials, but interactive and so much fun! The world of wizardry is definitely geared more for kids. Very cute! Staff were also amazing! We had issues buying tickets online and Jenna and her team were amazing!

Trolley tour was ok, would have been 1000% better if it wasn’t dark outside - could not really see ANYTHING (tip: book a daylight trolley tour). It was an ok evening, not bad, but not outstanding, ... read more

Staff is very engaging with the audience. It is a good time with a few jump scares!

We showed up at the right time, but nobody told us the show was starting. When I followed up to ask, they told us we were too late to go in and refused to give us a refund
