Great owner’ great location, great atmosphere’ Galloways, is the spot to get away and get you’re Mental and Physical Health back in good shape and teach yourself, self discipline while you train and gain strength not only muscle but courage to make changes’ I highly recommend giving yourself a chance and take the chance to challenge yourself for greater results.

I have been going to Galloway coming up on 9 yrs ondra is one of the best men I've had the honor of calling one of my best friends he has taught me slot bout weight lifting 🏋️‍♂️ never been in this shape in my life and that due to ondra and how much he puts into training and helping people better then any gym I've been too better then golds or anywhere my dude ondra is the one to go to if your looking to start working out for any reason thank you ondra so much. Much love to him and the work he put into the gym
