We recently had new floors installed by Galloway Flooring, and we couldn't be happier. Crystal guided us through the entire process, helping us choose the ideal flooring and keeping us on budget. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. The installation team was also top-notch—they were professional, quick, and left everything spotless. We're so impressed and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and service!
Miss Nancy was the absolute best. Helped me in everyway to secure the exact flooring we wanted, wasn't a selection they normally carry but no worries, she made it happen. I will be recommending them to anyone needing flooring products.
Galloway floors has been our go to since we built our home five years ago. They installed our wood flooring all of our tile bathrooms and roll up window shade coverings. We just came back to them five years after our build to install another role blind, and service with with them is always impeccable End of the highest quality. If all biz transactions were as good and simple and so expertly handled as Galloway (and the team of Nancy, Debbie, and Mike )…wow…thank you!
When I walked in, I stayed in there for several minutes. No one ever acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. There was a gentleman in the office that looked at me and never even say hello. Due to the lack of customer service, I would never patronize this place. I purchased flooring for my entire upstairs and I wanted to patronize a local business, but they obviously did not want my business.
My floors are amazing! Quick service, large selection and they are all super nice.
