Horrible communication. I have asked for one simple letter for a month so I can complete my divorce case. Truth be told I am in a divorce because they have stretched my case out over a year and now I can’t even get that done because Galloway can’t get my letter to approve my divorce. I have called and emailed multiple times. It’s either some excuse or no response at all. If you are reading this trying to make a decision on should you use this firm I would definitely find another law firm to handle my case.
The Person who answered the phone Kesha, was very rude, she sounded so sweet when she first answered but then we hit a brick wall. I asked if I could talk to someone else she said no, that she was the person who handled everything and then she said call someone else.
I’ve hired a lot of attorney’s, but I’ve never came across one so detailed, responsive and faultless with my case like Kieth Violante. This was the third law firm I hired to handle a matter for me and he’s been able to make more progress than all of the other firms put together. On top of that he is sympathetic, kind, and understanding which is a very rare attribute with people in this line of work. He’s very knowledgeable and I’m so grateful for having him on my case.
