There's trash everywhere usually and they charge extremely expensive rates for rent. $1000 a month for a 1 bedroom apartment. They're small apartments too. This is off of a high crime area on west broad st. This should be $650 a month. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is based on 2 years living there from 2014-16. *** The management was great. When I had issues the maintenance was there within 48 hours with a window of time. The rent was great for the area and what we got. Could have used more washers and dryers because there was often none available. I had thought about moving back there but things don’t look as good. After the change of management since 2016 these apartments have raised rent and not raised the standard of living. Maintenance has mot fixed my apartment other than touch up jobs. I had to wait a year just for them to check my electric sockets just to tell me that they need to rewire my living room sockets. Until management changes I wouldn’t move here. I’m moving out this year.
