After our pool service company unexpectedly retired mid-summer, Galloway picked up our weekly service seamlessly with grace and kindness, end of season closing was outstanding. Easy, transparent billing and payment. Friendly service technicians. Company has a great culture - responsive and always does what they plan to do. Highly recommend.
I was disappointed with my recent experience with Galloway. Earlier this season, I used them to prepare my pool for opening. While I found their pricing to be on the higher side, the service appeared satisfactory at the time. Because of that, I decided to reach out again regarding a potential issue with my spa pump, which I suspected may have been damaged by a lightning strike. Reliable family company. Cares about their customers, are timely, consistant, and friendly. I've been using their services for 10 years and have never been disappointed. They go above and beyond!
Awful pool service company. Don't use these people. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down. They dumped so much chlorine in the pool it irritated our skin. I called and asked to speak the owner. He refused to speak with me. Danielle van dyke is their ring leader. She is totally in on the scam. They have made no attempt at resolution. Also they charge ridiculous amounts of money for the chemicals they "use". Consumer beware!
