I reached out to them for assistance and they requested all my personal documents. I must have said something they didn’t like which had nothing to do with them and then they went from “we can help you to we can’t help you” I was prepared to pay the retainer fee and all. They didn’t give an explanation so I assume there was something I said that they didn’t like, plus the paralegal was a real estate agent before so there may be some sort of bias so please proceed with caution.
