Beware of Renting with Kismet! After I moved out of the apartment, they broke TN law and decided to try and charge me extra fees after their own leasing manager said that my unit was perfect and they're doing this while violating Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-28-101. Since then, they haven't returned any of my calls and have blocked my phone number. If they're doing this to you, use that TN law code to seek repayment via litigation. My wife and I live here for 10 months before moving into our house and we loved it. The outdoor patio/grill area was awesome and neighbors were friendly. The apartment had been recently updated and was done well. We enjoyed our time there!
i do not recommend living at these apartments. 1) there was a shooting in november. 2) my downstairs neighbors harassed me every for my foot steps (don't move into 1565 upstairs unit, they will harass you too). 3) expensive 4) lots of people wandering in the complex daily. if you live here make sure you have a ring doorbell camera. they will also rip you off when it comes time for them to return your security deposit. good luck!
