First visit, new to area. Long time Mercedes Owner. Needed a shop I can trust and really rely on. Met with Shinee the shop GM and the owner, Great folks who really know their business and their clientele. Exemplary shop, meticulous. Had them start with a stem to stern analysis of the car to set a baseline, report came back organized, easy to understand and remarkably thorough. These folks have my full confidence.
As a new Gig Harbor resident, this was my first visit, and I was very impressed. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. My car recently broke down, took it to Gertie's, they were so great. I had a lot happening all at once and they were so understanding and kind. Great customer service!
Brought in my Mercedes GL450 after having months of problems with the Mercedes dealership giving me overpriced and shoddy repair services. Decided to look elsewhere and found Galloping Gertie garage in Gig harbor. They were very knowledgeable about my car and knew exactly what to look for concerning my car problems. They provided excellent service with a very friendly and helpful staff. My car got fixed correctly in a timely and professional manner. This will be my new car shop from now on.
I came home from a vacation and started my Alfa Romeo Stelvio and the engine started to chug and die. The car is 5 years old. I called other garages who work on Italian cars and they suggested that I take it to the Dealer (Seattle or Kirkland these days!)
