Poor experience. Title company unilaterally altered the terms of the purchase and sales agreement and didn't communicate nor confer with the buyer (me) until the moment of closing. Got 90% of my information on closing and current status (simple land transaction) from the seller, not from the title company I hired to handle the transaction.
