I am currently waiting on hold (35 minutes at this point) waiting for a representative to replace a vehicle on my policy. What should have been a 10 minute process online has taken several days now and I’m getting nowhere. The number listed does not seem to be the office but a call center that makes you jump through hoops for no reason. Terrible service. We had Allstate for many years and I’m thinking it might be time to move on
Kevin Murphy does not live up to Rich Gallo. Process are going up with no explanation and service is going down. Kevin and his underlings are slow to respond, immature and so much less knowledgeable than Rich. Sadly, we were loyal but no longer. They been great so far! It's a pleasure working with them. They made some great suggestions and I'm very happy with the out come.
