He seemed very pleasant and professional. He inspected flooring under carpeting and said the end result would be "unbelievable and stunning". He reassured flooring would be durable against pets. Lied about the outcome of floors in ordered to keep job/receive large sum of money. Charged extra money in addition to original agreement. When we expressed dissatisfaction and concern with finished appearance, he made up excuses and did not agree to fix any issues unless he was paid more money.
