Would strongly recommend another company for grading a building site. Our new Cleary building has water coming in because the site was dug out too deep. It was just assumed we would not want a higher driveway entrance, along with other excuses, but building the site up would have helped drainage. The entire site is too flat for water to drain away properly. The building was complete, we notified them it was complete, then waited a long time for someone to show up to finish the grading.
