I live at The Waterfront at Hatchett Creek and have had issues here since the moment I moved in. Fault appliances, no running water in a 1 bedroom for multiple days, attempted entry with no prior communication, poor communication from the office staff, the list of things that have gone wrong goes on. I do not feel welcome or comfortable in this community at all. Very disheartening.
Stayed here for a year. Honestly, great management--answered all my questions the same day over email, and maintenance came i --free of charge--to work on whatever I wanted. AND very affordable price for the quality you get. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Would never rent from this company based on the terrible experience I had recently! Get a manager that has some customer service skills!
I have been completely satisfied with Gallina and management is exceptional. They promptly meet any needs one has.
