They were closed before closing time. Made a trip for nothing. The route traveled was fine.
We recently designed and ordered a custom pantry when referred to this company though our prior cabinet maker. The product was of high quality, however, we had a significant amount of difficulty with communication from start to finish with the design services coordinator. When we had a problem with an incorrect product at installation they were able to fix the problem but only after multiple follow up phone calls and emails.
