I cannot recommend Ron at this PT facility in any way. The instructions for at-home daily PT were incomplete and critical instructions were completely overlooked. Questions about PT and PT solutions are not answered. Progress metrics were not maintained. In sum the PT was haphazard. Ya may even end up with an idiotic conversation that defies the factual. Go somewhere else; especially if you have something serious to fix. I did find another therapist in Alamo that is vastly better.
My mom wanted me to post this review for her. She went to Gallien after her knee replacement. James was excellent at caring for my mom Joy and the staff was so friendly. Thank you!
