I had a great experience with doctor Gali From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and truly cared about my concerns. He took the time to carefully examine me, listen without rushing, and clearly explain everything so I understood the procedure and what to expect. The procedure itself went smoothly and was a very positive experience. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and compassionate approach. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.
After 20+ years I made the right decision to stop going to Dr. Galli. At my last appointment, Dr. Galli chastised me and berated me in front of his dental assistant. I was so uncomfortable, I had to get up and walk out. Dr. Galli should improve his bedside manner.
