Months ago, while visiting Scituate to check out area restaurants for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner, we came across The Galley Kitchen & Bar. As soon as we walked in we knew we had found our spot. The fun and colorful decor, the cool seaside vibe, and the friendly staff made our decision easy. We weren't wrong. We recently found this place and it is awesome. It’s a smaller bar with table seating, a great atmosphere and tasty food. On Friday nights they have live music, which isn’t too loud (always a plus). If you haven’t been, make sure to add this as a stop for some great food, cold drinks and music!
Very uncooperative and rude bartenders. Will not be returning.
The venue itself is great — the atmosphere, music, and overall vibe were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the bartender was very rude and unprofessional, which really took away from the experience. It’s disappointing, because this spot has a lot going for it, but the service made it hard to want to come back.
