Stopped by after visiting the Scituate lighthouse. Everything was nice. I had oysters, food, and guinness. I sat by the bar, Inside was small but enough. Staff were nice, I’d recommend the place.
I was really excited to try the Mexican restaurant, and while the food was tasty, the service was a bit slow. I loved the tacos and the ambiance, but I wish everything came out a bit quicker. Looking forward to giving it another shot!
To the untrained eye it's a swanky little bistro joint with a gnarly tequila collection. To the more discerning type, it's all that and somehow a neighborhood joint masquerading as a dive bar masquerading as a swanky little bistro joint with a gnarly tequila collection. The kitchen knows what's up, too. And there's enough parking across the street for a trillion cars. Its a gem. Come to think of it, stay away.
Months ago, while visiting Scituate to check out area restaurants for our son's wedding rehearsal dinner, we came across The Galley Kitchen & Bar.
