The gal that is out front in customer service, and sets up work orders, acts like she hates you when you call or walk in the door !! Do yourself a favor if you are going to have work done here and talk to a mechanic, not her. We were charged a restocking fee for a part that was backordered and they tried to charge us for our own fish finder! No change in the motor after a "so called" service. Long story short, went in for some repairs. When we got our boat back, it was in worse condition from when we dropped it off. 👎🏼 Got the steering cables replaced and when we got the boat on the water when turning left, the boat turned right and vice versa. When I called to see how they could rectify this problem (after spending OVER a few hundred dollars) the gentleman on the phone instructed me on how to fix it. 😐 How kind of him, but after spending close to $500 I shouldn’t have to fix my own boat 🤦🏻♀️ Also, the lady... read more

I was in the area fishing this past Labor day weekend. My 60hp ETEC would not start after half day of fishing on Saturday.I got there an hour before they closed. I believe it was the owner who looked at it and diagnosed it was the starter solenoid that had failed. He replaced it on the spot himself! AMAZING service. I was back on the water an hour later! Can't thank you enough!
