spent the entire service asking me personal questions — where I work, where my husband works — which felt intrusive and unnecessary. I left feeling like she was trying to gauge how much I could afford. It was beyond frustrating, and I feel like she deliberately ignored my request to avoid gel. I will not be returning. 1 star.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. There’s one staff member who has amazing energy and is truly a ray of sunshine—she always makes the experience enjoyable. However, the older lady, who seems to be the oldest one there, was very disrespectful during my visit. She also attempted to upcharge me even though I only went in for a regular pedicure. This kind of treatment was disappointing, and I hope steps can be taken to ensure that all customers receive fair and respectful service.
