They delivered a 900 pound crate to my business. It first went off the liftgate to our front door, but could not be positioned properly. I asked the driver then to put it back on the liftgate of the truck and bring it into our dock next door. This would have taken 20 mins max. He refused, twice, saying he has a long drive ahead. We now have a huge crate blocking our front door, and have to pay $500 extra to find someone else to finish the job of GalleryExpress.
I had the folks at Gallery Express pack, pick up and ship $60,000 of Inuit art carvings from Toronto to Vancouver. The packers were outstanding - extremely contentious and professional. The company provides insurance coverage, which I took out, but it was never needed as the art arrived in pristine condition! Some of the pieces were very easy to break - great work by Colin and his crew. We wholeheartedly recommend their services! - Rod Taylor
