After sending photos of our great room window, dining chairs and of our overall color theme, Julie came out to our new home with many fabric samples. First of all let me start with Tom Read, he was an amazing salesman he installed our shades perfectly. He delivered them on time with exceptional service, even 2 1/2 years later his customer service is very impressive. He always makes himself available when I call needing a reminder on how to charge our shades or how to use our phones to operate them. Tom never disappoints!!!!
