Jeff was accommodating and went above and beyond the minute we entered the showroom to view samples and purchase shades. His efforts in leading us step by step through the process was professional and meticulous. Communication was ongoing topped off with follow up procedures to ensure the process was successful and our shades were perfectly installed by Noel. We have used Read Designs for a few projects now and have always had the best experience! Jeff is so great to work with- he is readily available, patient, and super helpful.
