First of all let me start with Tom Read, he was an amazing salesman he installed our shades perfectly. He delivered them on time with exceptional service, even 2 1/2 years later his customer service is very impressive. He always makes himself available when I call needing a reminder on how to charge our shades or how to use our phones to operate them. Tom never disappoints!!!!
