We have had about 3-4 parties here and they were amazing. We love this building and its big enough for our family gatherings. This last party though they cashed our $350 DAMAGE deposit because there was a un flushed toilet with urine in it and a piece of pepperoni/crushed cracker on the floor. We spent about 2 hours there cleaning making sure it was spotless so not sure how we missed this after sweeping the floors twice. But them using a damage deposit on such little things that weren’t even damage related infuriated us

The most recent event coordinator of this place is wretched to work with. I had to text and text her multiple times to set up a date to see the venue. Once we FINALLY had one set she proceeded to send me a TEXT MESSAGE the day prior saying there was an event and we couldn't come see the venue. When called, her tone was incredibly snippy and rude.
