They called the day before our appointment(choosing flowers for wedding) and asked if I could come in one hour earlier. I explained I couldn't because my fiance was working. The woman on the phone was speaking to another woman who works in the shop and relayed the message to her that I was unable to come in earlier. It seems this establishment has grown comfortable and complacent with the fact that they have existed for 27 years (a point that was pompously boasted by the florists several times during our dispute) so much so that they take for granted having high standards and simple courtesy. The shop itself is a clear representation of a rusty, stubborn, and inflexible nature as it is decorated with dusty old plastic flowers, dated trinkets and I dare underwhelming arrangements. I was so impressed with the flowers for my wedding! They were gorgeous! We put complete trust in Cindy and were not disappointed at all! We couldn't of asked for anything better....they were awesome! Thank you!!!!

Gallery of Flowers lost my wedding floral order, so even after multiple meetings and conversations, when I went to pick up my bouquets, boutonnieres, and misc. other flowers the day of the ceremony, there was no record of my order to be found. They were completely unorganized and tried to remedy the situation with flowers from Costco. And, on top of it all, when they later delivered their haphazard bouquets to my ceremony site - made from Costco flowers and completely not what I had ordered - their staff seemed quite put off... read more
