I knew I had an injector pump issue with generator. Got an appointment within two weeks during the month of July. They didn't try to upsell or request diagnosis time; just quick, honest, good work. Gave me an estimate and time frame for repair; they were under on both. Would highly recommend based on my experience. Thanks Kevin & Irvin!
Spoke with Irvin and requested that I contact him via email with my service request. His response was not in line with my request for an estimate. He asked where the boat was and misstated what I was asking for. Upon my reply to correct what I was asking for he said they can’t do the work. I think they need to hire a new service manager
They no longer sell parts, but only do service. Big bummer for Westerbeke owners who need proprietary maintenance items like impellers. Three stars based only on no longer selling parts, no reflection on their services.
