I have nothing but great things to say about Gallery Marine. Fantastic staff that are knowledgeable and take the time to explain the work and to perform the work correctly. Thank You!
I have had my 1991 Four Winns yacht service at Gallery Marine since 2015. They are experts in general and my specific boat engines and generator. The yearly service is always timely, on point and keeps the boat humming. Along the way they have serviced leaks, issues, impellers, etc. Most importantly they had someone fix my bilge pump the day after it broke so it wouldn't put the boat at risk. Irvin and his team are doing an EXCELLENT job after Don's retirement. I cannot recommend them enough!
I knew I had an injector pump issue with generator. Got an appointment within two weeks during the month of July. They didn't try to upsell or request diagnosis time; just quick, honest, good work. Gave me an estimate and time frame for repair; they were under on both. Would highly recommend based on my experience. Thanks Kevin & Irvin!
Spoke with Irvin and requested that I contact him via email with my service request. His response was not in line with my request for an estimate. He asked where the boat was and misstated what I was asking for. Upon my reply to correct what I was asking for he said they can’t do the work. I think they need to hire a new service manager
