The place has a nice aesthetic, decent location and great proximity to Southtown and all the neighbors were really really nice people and that's it for positives. The land lady, Minyu Wang was one of the worst people I've ever had to deal with. She's extremely dishonest. Poorly managed complex, and sadly built as bad as it is managed. No door between master bedroom and master bathroom. Walls are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors sneeze among other things, issues with plumbing, theft. This place was aesthetically pleasing and the location is nice, but don't let that fool you. We paid thousands of dollars to move in, only to be extremely disappointed all around. In the first two months, our main bedroom shower was leaking, they asked us not to use it and it took them 2 months to FINALLY fix the issue. The walls are PAPER thin in the units in the back, I could hear my neighbors sneezing, coughing, talking on the phone, among other things.
