We signed our contract in September 2022 and didn’t receive handover until October 2025 THREE YEARS to build a standard home, while we watched other homes around us, built by different builders, completed in roughly 12 months. I strongly recommend avoiding Gallery Living based on our experience. We moved into our new build in Mt Barker less than a year ago and have been dealing with serious defects and almost zero communication since. Multiple emails, phone calls, and follow-ups have gone unanswered. Trades are promised and never booked. We constantly chase updates just to be ignored. We loved our experience with Gallery. From our initial contact to the subsequent meetings. All the staff were professional, approachable, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and supportive of our home designs and the needs of our block. We dealt with Jo and she was a fantastic representation of the brand and its approach to building Australian homes. We would recommend Gallery to anyone and everyone, we would especially recommend Jo.
