Great customer service
Purchase a earring and chain and bracelet for 1100, they got broken in less than two months took the back to fix I was charge$50 , when I got home and trying to put the chain back on my baby it feel apart also the braclet got wayyy smaller. Dishonest place!!!
I took two sets of gold grills, a gold chain, and a gold pendant in to be cleaned and repaired. I went back the following Thursday to check if everything was ready, and they said it wasnt but mentioned all of my jewelry except a set of two gold teeth. I reminded them that it was TWO sets if gold grills and they said yes ok come back tomorrow. I returned the next day and one of my gold grills were in fact missing.
