Rob and his staff are always so helpful so kind and so thoughtful. They work very hard and tried to accommodate especially as I come with patient assistant Transport to have medical appointments. It’s very reasonable and the breakfast is delicious.
Noisy. No fridge in room, only a communal fridge in the passageway. Overpriced. Dont be fooled by the 3 star rating. It's one star at best. Would not recommend & won't be back. Stay elsewhere.
Lovely clean comfy rooms & short distance to Fremantle. Wonderful staff & very helpful. Buildings are set unobtrusively back from the road & surprisingly quiet.
Husband walked in to book a room and was given racist looks and then got recorded for no reason all because he looked like he couldn’t afford to pay but he literally just finished work and only walked in to ask a question if there was any rooms available as it said on website but then was treated rudely by staff upon arrival. I’m very disappointed and how this was handled. This whole interaction was just no great especially before Christmas. Will not be trying to come here again if this is the case.
