I do NOT recommend this company. Over the holidays, I made several purchases on several different days. A tracking number was assigned on one order, but after 2 weeks it still had not shipped. The other order had not been assigned a tracking at all. I started to contact them to get an update but I never heard from them; however, they did cancel my order. Ordered a ring a month ago and it was marked as shipped but never assigned a tracking number despite inquiring multiple times by email, phone call, and DMs. Obviously never received the ring either. The shop is in Indiana and I am in Illinois so there is no reason it should take this long. Seems there's a reason they don't allow reviews on their Facebook or website.
