My husband & I went in to purchase a living room set Juan provided excellent service and assisted us in making the right choice for our living room space. We even purchased a bedroom set along w/some bookshelves
We love gallery! John at post oak helped me and my husband find furniture for our entertainment room. He really listen to our needs and exceeded our expectations. We will be back again to furnish our homes in the future.
I bought a dinette set which turned out to be infested with carpenter bees. Customer service at Gellery Furniture is very rude. They claim to have no return policy even for placing infested furniture in a person's home. I wish could post a photo of the bug; I really think I really think you would understand better. Please do not shop here; do not put yourself through what I have been through.
AFTER GOING INTO GALLERY FURNITURE TO PURCHASE A FEW DAYS AGO, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. WHEN WE FIRST WALKED IN MATTRESS MACK WAS AT THE FRONT DESK; TO SEE THE MAN ON TV THAT ALL THE COMMERCIALS RAVED ABOUT MY HUSBAND AND I ALONG WITH OUR 3 KIDS WERE VERY EXCITED! NOT FOR LONG!!!! MACK DIDN'T EVEN LOOK UP AS MY KIDS EXCITING SD THERE GOES MATT. MACK. Pushy sales people and high prices (for the same stuff you can get a other stores). His commericals are a scam.... they make you think you going to get great deals they are really first time buyers or people who have just moved here. Because they can be conned into thinking they got a great deal. If you go there you will be pushed into buying something and paying to much for it. I will never go back. -- If I could give them less than one star I would--
