She worked directly with my designer on every style issue/decision and oversaw the installation personally. She's a clear and professional communicator, ensuring we were in sync on timing, pricing, and expectations. And her finished product transformed my space. Being the trooper Laverne is, she was extremely patient with me, gave me several options , listened to me and most importantly made sure I was happy with the final product.
