We ordered a beautiful crucifix, a Sofia cross, a rollo chain, and an additional fine chain from this shop. We were delighted with the jewellery until my husbands rollo chain broke. I contacted them, corresponding with serafina. She promised to have the chain repaired at no charge if we sentv it to their shop address. I can not say enough good things about my experience working with Gallery Byzantium! Seraphina help me with the type of cross I purchased to the gold kt. She made pickup / delivery seamless! The Cross is stunning! Exceeded my expectations primarily because its all done on line/phone. Site unseen. Will purchase here again and recommend it to all!
Would not recommend ordering online, customer service is almost non existent and I haven’t even received a refund after my cross necklace was sent back approximately three weeks ago from making this review
