I’ve lived in this building for a little over a year, and things have gone noticeably downhill since the new management company took over. What was once a well-maintained and professionally run building has become frustrating to live in due to ongoing issues and lack of proper communication. I have the pleasure of staying at gallery Bethesda ll on several occasions. I travel back home to MD for my appts with specialist for over a year now. The concierge is excellent. The building has everything you need and the surrounding area has walkable places to eat and shop.
AC was down. Nelson from maintenance repaired with in hours. We appreciate his prompt response! He was pleasant and courteous!
Nelson, the Gallery 2 maintenance technician, completed the replacement of the washing machine in my apartment today as promised. Nelson personally followed up with me to keep me updated on the time line for installation. He is very polite, articulate, respectful of my time and completed the work on time.
Management has always been responsive to requests and repairs. Nelson the latest person from maintenance was quick and polite. Also, Celine, Debbie, Candace and Cadim at the front desk always have a smile and so helpful.
