Incredibly poor customer service. Came in to collect an online order, shop was completely empty yet staff member that “assisted” me acted as if I was the biggest nuisance for my simple request of picking up an online order. Before I’d even finished explaining what I was there to collect she abruptly spoke over me in the most incredibly condescending tone to the point my partner & I looked at each other in disbelief.
