The staff is incredibly friendly and the quality of the products is excellent. I order for delivery often, and I want to thank Team Manager Jin for always being so cheerful and kind. I also want to express my gratitude to the friendly female staff member who answers the phone in the service team. It's a shame I didn't get her name. Galleria Oakville is truly the best!

Over the years, the service at this place has degraded, and it's really not worthy of the saying, 'K-service'. I began shopping at the Galleria brand at their first Yonge and Steeles location, and then when they opened the York Mills location when I lived in Yonge and Eg, and then this 'Oakville' location that opened shortly after I moved to Oakville.
