I went to buy food, and wanted to use self-checkout, an old man stopped me using it, at first I thought it was broken, but I saw another person use it after a while, how can the staff treat people differently, is this because I’m look like a pushover so treat me like this? By the way, the shop deleted my common not long time ago, so I write again! Is it right to treat customers differently and delete their reviews?

I’ve been going to this location since I was in college, so I share this anecdote with the utmost love and respect: I overheard a cashier discussing a returning shoplifter with another employee, and yet not a single staff member, even the men, seemed interested in actually confronting the guy. Guys, the reason he came back like he owns the place is because he knows there are no consequences! Please take action if you want him to stop instead of gossiping about him!
