I can't believe these reviews!! Awesome doctor great staff!! Would recommend to anyone. My kids want to go to the dentist!!
I can't believe the other reviews, they sound like the old dentist that use to own the practice. My son, 10 years old, has been going here for years. He has never been upset about going to the dentist. The dentist and staff have always been courteous and helpful. The facility is getting a over due makeover.
I am shocked at all the negative comments. I have been going to this dentist for years taking both my sons and have never had any problems. The staff is nice, my kids love the dentist and hygienist, and never complain when they have to go. I recommend them to all my friends and they always say they had a great experience.
Love dr g but they overcharge.. Time for a new dentist tired of paying when my kids have 2 insurance and charges never make sense...
The dentist was great. However, he is totally detached from what happens with the office staff and does not seem to care either. If you go here, you WILL receive quality service from the dentist. If you go here, your bill WILL be messed up for years. They WILL NOT bill your insurance correctly. They WILL NOT help you get it taken care of. I take my two children to see Dr. G. because he was highly recommended by my general dentist. Although the receptionist seemed a little slow the first time we were there, he was well worth the visit. He answers all of my questions, thoroughly, every time we are there and he seems to genuinely care about my kids. I never feel rushed when we go for our dental visit. He is very detailed and my kids love going to see him. I definitely recommend Dr. G.
They make you pay what they think you are going to owe and underestimated what my insurance was going to pay. It took 6 weeks for me to get a check issued! It was beyond ridiculous. The dentist was okay, but after this experience we will not be going back.
1. They charge you for "extra"/"not covered" basic cleaning services, which should be of no cost to you under your insurance plan. 2. They didn't allow parents to sit in with the child during services. 3. They don't return phone calls regarding billing questions. 4. Dentist tried to convince me to have my son's teeth extracted four years ago, yet the teeth are doing fine, to this day. 5. Dentist likes to unnecessarily advise extracting teeth. 6.
